KiwiMusicMix Independent Music Podcast for the Generation Xers. The music spans various music genres including pop rock to alternative to roots rock, electronica, americana, smooth jazz, new age, funk, hip hop and country. What we look for is independent music that stands out in that they have all the elements of a great composition, such as outstanding and brilliant melodies, poetic thoughtful lyrics, and excellent and intriguing productions.

This is an average Kiwi Blokes view of the world from around the world. Who said kiwis can’t fly. The news and muse from this website provides a view of current events from a Kiwi perspective, but more importantly what a kiwi bloke would think and do.
Kiwi Bloke lives in Oakville Ontario and summers in Pauatahanui North of Wellington New Zealand.
KiwiBloke has a podcast here. Called KiwiMusicMix, it is a collection of independent artist music from around the world. It has a heavy emphasis on music where you can hear the words. It goes without saying a healthy dose of kiwi and pacific music as well.
You can contact us here.
The crazed rants and opinions expressed by the Kiwi bloke are entirely his and are no way a reflection of the company he works for or the company he keeps.
You can read the terms and conditions of our website here, and if you are really bored you can read the privacy statement as well.

I saw you had some stuff by Kimo Watanabe. His full album, “Backyard Music” is available here:
http://www.altools.net/ALTools/ALSong/FreeMusicDownloads/tabid/242/Default.aspx
It’s in the ALSong album format, and you need ALSong to see it, but you can extract the MP3s with a zip utility like ALZip.
They’re all free too – the music and software.

Dear Sirs,
Highlights of two tours of England in 2006 were an appearance on
“The Saturday Morning Show” with Faye Hatcher, and Johnny Coppin
playing my album “Fake Valentine” on “Folk Roots,” both on BBC Radio
Gloucestershire. In Birmingham I taped “The New Grey Whistle Test”
internet TV show. “Fake Valentine” made the playlist of Radio Caroline,
The Acoustic Stage, Bluebird Radio, and in the U.S., Homegrownradionj,
Face the Music, and Folks Who Rock, among others.
I would like to send you “Fake Valentine.”
Song clips and reviews are available at

Thank you and regards,
David Francis
